Rosemary's first fully staged opera production was organized through Louisiana State University. This production was complete with basso continuo, conductor, and a full chorus.
Mikeila McQueston's Lucy Boyd
Operability
A 30 minute monodrama, McQueston's Lucy Boyd follows a mother who is grieving the death of her still born son. Rosemary Joyce directed the orchestral premiere of the work for Operability's inaugural micro opera festival in 2022.

Chicago Summer Opera
Directed by Greg Eldridge and Assistant Directed/Stage Managed by Rosemary Joyce. This fully staged and orchestrated performance took place in Roosevelt University's Ganz Hall as a part of Chicago Summer Opera's 2023 festival.
